The boys got Christmas money from GG and we saved it until we found something they really, really wanted. Well, we found those somethings this Monday. Owen suggested he may be ready to move on from his 12 inch wheeled bike. So, we went to the bike shop to get him "sized" and boy was he right. The fella said he was ready for some big 'ole 20 inch wheels. We just skipped right over the 16 inch ones. I guess the move was a little overdue....

Liam, on the other had, had never been very interested in "Owen's Bikes". But, he found one at the store that did interest him. Technically, he would be ready for a 16 inch wheel. But, the guy and I decided that it would be better to get him what he was interested in -- especially since littlest brother is in the wings ready to take over once Liam decides that he, too, is ready for an even bigger boy bike. Liam and his green motorcycle (as he calls it) hit the roads full of smiles!
These two are having so much fun with their new wheels this week!
And this guy LOVES his hand-me down bikes. But, is still very happy in the Cozy Coupe where he can keep out of his brothers' way to watch their parades.
I think we are all looking forward to a fun summer of biking, swimming, and playing!!
