Liam & Gavin :: Meet the Teacher

Liam and Gavin start back at preschool next week.  This week they had a Meet the Teacher where they got to check out their new rooms and Gavin got to meet his teachers.  Liam already knows his since Owen had them last year.  Liam is just super-duper excited to be in the Purple Room this year.  He has already done the "homework" they got at Meet the Teacher and asks me every morning if it's time to go.  Smart Man....his teachers ROCK!

Gavin is in the Green Room.  At first, there were too many kids and parents in the room and Gavers wasn't feeling it.  But, we went back after the crowd left and he was more himself.  One of the teachers has 3 boys.  I *heart* her.  Immediately clicked with her!  They both were so very nice so I know Gavers is in good hands.  Nice little bonus is that we will get to say "hello" to  Ms. Tara and Ms. Jill from the Yellow Room every morning when we drop off the littlest Quinlan.

Liam snagged the camera and started snapping photos....
...so, momma got to be in one with the Little Quinlan.  He was too busy coloring to say "cheese".  That's okay.  At least we all get to know I was there :)
He found his name on the bulletin board.  I don't remember if Owen or Liam recognized their name so well at 2.5.  Regardless, let's be impressed by how smart this kid is, shall we?

For anyone who doubts that the serious middle man has a silly streak...this picture is for you.  He rolled his way down the hall to the Purple Room.  Litterally.  He rolled there.  That's Liam for ya.
Liam found his name in the Purple Pond!
Cute picture with Gavin looking on.  LOL
Liam wasn't sure why he needed to meet his teachers since "he already knows them."  Owen reminded him that it's just part of it and he had to do it.  So, he did it.  And, we left and started in on the homework.  All seems well.  Prayers he doesn't break down and cry the first day.  He certainly is capable of throwing me a curve ball like that.  He is my middle man after all.
